Prime Physio does not work directly with health insurance companies. However, it is possible to request an invoice with the medical reference and claim reimbursement from your insurance company, always in accordance with the specific terms of your policy.
The clinic will contact you the day before to confirm your appointment. If you need to cancel or change it, simply do so at that time or before that confirmation.
