Head and Neck
Pain in the cervical region that can radiate to the arms and hands (called cervicobrachyalgia), often associated with poor posture, stress, or prolonged muscle tension. It can cause stiffness, limited movement, and headaches.
Treatments
- Physiotherapy
- Osteoetiopathy
Cervicobrachialgia is pain that originates in the cervical spine and radiates to the shoulder, arm, or hand, often accompanied by tingling or numbness. It usually results from compression or irritation of the cervical nerve roots, and can be caused by herniated discs, degenerative changes, or prolonged muscle tension.
Treatments:

Pain or discomfort in the jaw joint that can cause difficulty opening the mouth, clicking, locking, or pain when chewing. Often associated with bruxism and stress.
Treatments
- Specialized Physiotherapy (TMJ)
Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV) is the most common cause of vertigo, caused by the displacement of small calcium crystals (otoliths) in the inner ear. It manifests as brief but intense episodes of spinning dizziness, triggered by specific head movements such as lying down, getting up, or turning in bed.
Treatments:
- Vestibular Physiotherapy
Vestibular migraine combines migraine symptoms with episodes of vertigo or imbalance, and may occur with or without headache. It is one of the most frequent causes of recurrent dizziness, significantly affecting quality of life and the ability to perform daily activities.
Treatments:
- Vestibular Physiotherapy
TPPP is a functional vestibular dysfunction characterized by a persistent sensation of instability, non-rotational dizziness, and hypersensitivity to visual movement. It frequently develops after an acute episode of vertigo or a period of stress, becoming chronic without appropriate intervention.
Treatments:
- Vestibular Physiotherapy
Shoulder, Elbow and Hand
Shoulder pain caused by inflammation or degeneration of the rotator cuff tendons. Common in repetitive overhead movements or in athletes.
Treatments
- Physiotherapy
- Shock Waves
Pain on the lateral side of the elbow caused by overuse of the forearm extensor muscles. Common in racquet sports players and in professions with repetitive movements.
Treatments
- Physiotherapy
- Shock Waves
Compression of the median nerve in the wrist that causes numbness, tingling, and pain in the hand and fingers. It often worsens at night and with repetitive manual activities.
Treatments
- Physiotherapy
- Osteoetiopathy
Adhesive capsulitis, also known as frozen shoulder, is a condition characterized by pain and progressive loss of mobility in the shoulder joint. It results from thickening and stiffness of the joint capsule, significantly limiting arm movement. It typically progresses in three phases (inflammatory, stiffness, and recovery), and can last for months to years without proper treatment.
Treatments:
- Physiotherapy
- Osteoetiopathy
- Manual Therapy
- Diathermy
- Clinical Practice
Epitrochleitis is an inflammation of the tendons that insert into the inner part of the elbow, causing localized pain that can radiate to the forearm. It results from repetitive wrist flexion and forearm pronation movements, and is common in golfers, tennis players, and those involved in professional activities that require prolonged gripping.
Treatments:
- Physiotherapy
- Osteoetiopathy
- Manual Therapy
- Shock Waves
- Clinical Practice
Spine and Thorax
Lower back pain is one of the most frequent complaints among the population. It can originate from muscles, joints, or discs and is aggravated by a sedentary lifestyle or prolonged postures.
Treatments
- Physiotherapy
- Osteoetiopathy
- Clinical Pilates
Displacement of the intervertebral disc that can compress nerve roots, causing pain, numbness, or loss of strength in the limbs. Most common in the lumbar and cervical spine.
Treatments
- Physiotherapy
- Osteoetiopathy
- Clinical Pilates
Abnormal lateral curvature of the spine that can cause postural asymmetries, pain, and functional limitations. Treatment focuses on muscle rebalancing and postural improvement.
Treatments
- Physiotherapy
- Clinical Pilates
Abdomen, Pelvis and Hip
Pain that radiates from the lower back down the leg, along the sciatic nerve. It can be caused by a herniated disc, stenosis, or deep muscle strain.
Treatments
- Physiotherapy
- Osteoetiopathy
Pubalgia is pain located in the pubic region and groin, frequently associated with activities involving changes of direction, shots, or sprints. It is a nonspecific and multifactorial condition, which may be associated with muscle imbalances, adductor overload, or joint alterations, among other multiple factors.
Treatments:
- Physiotherapy
- Osteoetiopathy
- Clinical Practice
A condition affecting the hip joint that causes pain and limited range of motion, especially in flexion and rotation. Conservative treatment focuses on pain control and muscle strengthening.
Treatments
- Physiotherapy
- Clinical Pilates
- Clinical Training and Exercise
Coxarthrosis is the progressive wear and tear of the cartilage in the hip joint, causing pain, stiffness, and limited movement such as walking, sitting, or putting on shoes. It is a common degenerative condition that significantly affects mobility and quality of life.
Treatments:
- Physiotherapy
- Osteoetiopathy
- Clinical Practice
Knee and Leg
Partial or complete ACL tear, common in sports with changes of direction. Causes knee instability, swelling, and difficulty bearing weight. Rehabilitation is essential, with or without surgery.
Treatments
- Physiotherapy
- Clinical Training and Exercise
- CryoPush
Pain in the front of the knee caused by wear and tear of the patellar cartilage. It worsens when going up and down stairs, squatting, or sitting for long periods.
Treatments
